Who We Are

The UNDP/UNFPA/ UNOPS/ UNWOMEN Staff Association is an elected body of staff representatives who advocate for the rights, interests and welfare of all personnel globally. 

We facilitate meaningful and effective participation of personnel in decision-making processes; promote better understanding between the management and personnel; and work to improve the terms and conditions of employment.
